NO EXPERIENCE NEEDED! In this 2 hour workshop, you will be introduced to the basics of improv. Come and explore how these tools can help you not only be a better performer, but can also help you in your everyday life. The atmosphere will be fun, safe, and relaxed. No need to be or want to be a performer, improv is for everyone!About the instructor:Casey Haeg has been performing improv since 2010. Casey was a main stage performer at ComedySportz Twin Cities, and HUGE Theater. During her time performing Casey has realized how important and beneficial improv can be on and off the stage. She started teaching improv in 2014, and has had the privilege of teaching people the power of &quot;yes, and&quot;. The most important lessons Casey thinks you can learn from Improv are: being present, being open to what is given to you, and being aware of what we are saying (verbally and non verbally).
