Lauren McGoodwin is Career Contessa’s CEO, #1 power move advocate and has a life mission to help women build successful and fulfilling careers on their terms. Lauren launched Career Contessa in 2013 out of her master’s thesis project to close the gap in career development resources for women. Career Contessa now helps over 2 million women each year with their careers through content, online learning courses and job listings.

Hayet Rida is the founder of That Hayet Rida, a lifestyle blog created as a self love haven, sprinkled with decor, fun and boss babe tips. When she isn’t interacting with her audience she runs an influencer learning platform The Rida Collective and is a full time Creative Strategist at Instagram & Facebook.

Koya Webb is an internationally recognized yoga teacher, celebrity holistic health coach, author, speaker, and vegan activist whose core mission is to promote daily self-care, oneness and eco friendly living to combat some of the worlds biggest challenges including mental health, social injustices and global warming. She is the founder of Get Loved Up, an international lifestyle community and Yoga School that inspires mental, spiritual and physical health through an app, online courses, retreats, in-person yoga teacher training events and the Get Loved Up Podcast.

Jessica Nabongo, a Detroit-born Ugandan-American got her start with traveling when she was just four years old, and now the former United Nations employee has become the first black woman to travel to every country in the world. Jessica is a cultural ambassador, travel writer, photographer and entrepreneur whose work is about changing the travel narrative and making the travel space more inclusive. She is the founder and CEO of Jet Black, a boutique luxury travel firm that specializes in tourism to countries in Africa, the Caribbean, and Central and South America; as well as The Catch, a lifestyle brand featuring goods acquired during her global adventures.

Sarah Anne Stewart was thrown into the world of wellness as a teenager when her father was diagnosed with terminal cancer. Her family made a choice – to fight back with alternative medicine. Seven months later, her father was declared cancer-free, and a spark was lit in Sarah that propelled her to dedicate her life to spreading the healings her family had discovered. Today, as an Integrative Nutrition Health Coach (AADP), Sarah runs a leading private coaching practice with a focus on breaking free of diet culture through mindfulness. Her heart-centered approach has supported hundreds on their journeys to body love. Sarah is the founder of the Awesome Inside Out Movement, an advisor to international wellness brands and soon to be Hay House author.

Anna Sheffield takes a distinctive approach to jewelry design, informed by her fine art sculpture training and years spent at the helm of her two New York based brands. Anna Sheffield Fine Jewelry creates a unique style through an alchemical merging of the beautiful with the perfectly imperfect, irreverence with femininity, and a modern sensibility with timeless chic.

Mandy Ansari is a marketer, brand strategist, tech nerd and pop culture enthusiast who is passionate about harnessing the power of technology to make the world a more connected, smaller and better place. She fuels her passion for creativity and social commerce through public speaking, social media and advising entrepreneurs and start-ups on how to grow their digital footprint and influence. She's had her work featured in publications such as Huffington Post, Forbes, GQ magazine, Vogue, Entrepreneur, Fast Company and more.

June 12, 12:00pm EST — Yuna: Singer-songwriter @yuna

Yuna, born in Kedah, Malaysia and raised primarily in Kuala Lumpur, began writing songs and teaching herself to play guitar at age 14. She recorded her debut album in 2008, earning her five Malaysian Music Award nominations. Since debuting in the US, she has collaborated with the likes of Grammy-award winning producer Pharrell Williams, Usher, Jhené Aiko and Tyle the Creator. Billboard included her album, Chapters, in their Critics’ Picks for Best R&B Albums, and her single “Crush” peaked at #3 on Billboard’s Adult R&B Chart. Her 4th studio album, "Rouge" was released in 2019 to critical acclaim.

June 26, 12:00pm EST — Roni Frank: Co-founder and Head of Clinical Services at Talkspace @talkspace + Nawal Mustafa: Mental Health Educator @thebraincoach

Roni Frank is the co-founder and Head of Clinical Services at Talkspace, the leading telebehavioral healthcare company that makes therapy and psychiatry accessible and affordable to people across the globe. Roni and her husband Oren Frank co-founded Talkspace in 2012 while she was pursuing her Master’s Degree in Psychoanalysis and Psychotherapy at the New York Graduate School of Psychoanalysis. It was therapy that helped Roni and her husband overcome obstacles in their own marriage when they both came to understand the positive impact it had on them as individuals.

Nawal Mustafa is a mental health educator with the aim to empower others and provide them with the knowledge and self-help tools they need to overcome internal challenges and thrive in their relationships. She is a PhD candidate in clinical neuropsychology and does research in the area of cognitive psycholinguistics - how humans process language in the brain.
