🎙️ For Performers:
You get 5 minutes on stage—whether it’s your first or your fiftieth time. Think of it like karaoke, but for jokes. We ask that you bring a friend or buy a drink to get stage time. Share a funny story, rant about your day, try out a new bit—we’re here for it. We’ll give you the light at 4 minutes, and if you want feedback, just ask! There are always experienced comics around who are happy to help.
😆 For the Audience:
You don’t have to perform to be part of the fun. Just show up, grab a seat, and enjoy the show. It’s the perfect low-pressure way to unwind, connect, and feel a part of your community.
🚗 Getting to Eckington Hall:
- Parking: Free street parking nearby (just check the signs)
- Metro: 10-minute walk from NoMa-Gallaudet U Station (Red Line)
- Directions: Look for the cobblestone path off Quincy St and Q St NE, right next to the Bouldering Project.
