<p>Over the last 30 years, SICOP, now dba Choice Community Housing &amp; Outreach Agency, 501(c)3, has provided outpatient substance abuse treatment, community outreach, behavioral health management, batterers intervention treatment, and drug prevention and intervention for youths and adults. The organization’s president, Dr. Paul A. Turner, D.D., CADC-M, has over a decade of experience serving underrepresented and underserved individuals suffering from substance abuse and mental health issues.</p>
