<DIV STYLE="font-family: Helvetica; font-size: 12px;"><SPAN STYLE="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: small;">Experiencing stress is a normal part of all of our lives. It causes tension in our bodies, physically mentally or emotionally, but learning how you cope best with stress can greatly improve your wellbeing. </SPAN></DIV>

<DIV STYLE="font-family: Helvetica; font-size: 12px;"><SPAN STYLE="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: small;">Please come along, meet with our team of health and wellbeing practitioners, and gain some practical knowledge about how to cope with stress in your day to day life. </SPAN></DIV>

<DIV STYLE="font-family: Helvetica; font-size: 12px;"><SPAN STYLE="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: small;">There will be a movement session to help everyone stretch and relax, a yoga session for stress relief, opportunity to speak with our Nutritionist about ways to improve your diet, and time to ask our team any questions you may have.</SPAN></DIV>
