May is Mental Health Month. Finding peace in our lives often feel like an impossibily. This event will address the issues that women deal with. Careers, Children, Families, Aging Parents, and Health issues. How do we fine balance without vices. Shopping, over spending, gambling, drinking and substances.
Social Worker Sherita Loveless and Pastor Carmen West will help us look at these issues from a clinical and spiritual perspective. This will be a time of high energy, fun and information.
