About this event

We live in a society where it's pretty hard to express our anger, frustration, resentment, pain, sadness, incomprehension and all the negative feelings. Well, I invite you to join me every Sunday morning at 10:30 am at the entrance of 63rd st and Central Park West. We'll go to a spot where we can scream and release everything that we need to. I'll give you few exercises that we will do all together. Then we will go to my store at 3 West 65th st, NYC, NY, 10023 to have a hot tea and talk about what we let go of if we want to. All together shouldn't take more than 30min. Don't forget to RSVP. See you soon �
