Welcome to our Moms-only Series! Your first visit is FREE  In this session, we'll cover: Kids + Emotions (Kids 4 and up are welcome for this session!)  Welcome to uninterrupted "ME" time.  A unique opportunity to pause and reflect in the middle of the busyness.  As an Integrative Heath Coach, I'm committed to helping women unapologetically reach life goals that matter most to them, while rediscovering who they are as individuals and who they are as Mothers.  In this series, we'll cover topics that range in the following: • Breathing Technique for Stress and Anxiety Reduction • Guilt Free Zone; Establishing lasting self-care routine(s) • Relationship Goals; support you need, when you need it • Simple Healthy Meals for a Healthy Happy Family  • What's Next? Setting Life Goals that meet your needs  • Group Support and Accountability and more... What's needed from you: commitment. Location Varies.
