Classes are taughtby Coco Zordan, a nutritional coach, native of Parma, Italy. Mother of three lives in Hastings, NY since 2007. She's proprietor of the food blogCocosBread.com, whose motto is “healthy easy cooking from scratch.”

Class Description: Treat family and friends to delicious artisan bread fresh from your own oven. In this fun, hands-on class, you'll be walked through the steps of working with yeast and preparing dough from scratch.  Once you see how easy and delicious homemade bread can be, you’ll never want to buy it from the supermarket . Classes are small so please reserve your spot as soon as you can.
