What if I sign up, but can't make it?

Will we get ʻōhiʻa?

You'll get free ʻōhiʻa seeds and, if available, seedlings!

Question 3

Are pets allowed?

Accepted Answer

Pets – except for service animals – are not allowed. Service animals must be controlled at all times to include, but not limited to harness, leash, or tether (unless use of these devices interfere with the service animal’s safety and/or effective performance of tasks).

Is there free parking?

Accepted Answer

Yes, but spaces are limited, so carpooling is recommended. Parking will open at 9:30 AM.

Question 5

What should I bring?

Accepted Answer

Water bottle, closed-toe shoes with tread, sunscreen, bug spray, hat, snacks, lunch. Lightweight long sleeves and pants recommended. Do you have questions about your ʻōhiʻa? Please bring a few current photos of the plant (close-up + whole tree) and growing area.
