Let's Get This Kitchen Party Started!

Second Harvest was founded in 1971 as a central warehouse for a handful of emergency food pantries in Spokane.  Today, distribution centers in Spokane and the Tri-Cities help feed more than 55,000 hungry people each week in the Inland Northwest.  We provide food to over 250 food pantries, meal centers and meal programs in 21 counties in Eastern Washington and 5 counties in Idaho. Second Harvest

The Kitchen at Second Harvest is thrilled to host <A TARGET="_blank" HREF="http://chefchadwhite.com/" DATA-MSYS-CLICKTRACK="0" REL="nofollow noopener noreferrer">Chef Chad White</A> for an exclusive event to support our mission of Feeding Hope. Chef Chad is returning to Spokane after appearing as a contender on Bravo TV’s “Top Chef” and establishing himself in San Diego’s dining scene. You have a unique opportunity to get a first taste of his signature ceviche as he dazzles you in the Second Harvest Kitchen just before opening his new restaurant<A TARGET="_blank" HREF="http://limefishsalt.com/" DATA-MSYS-CLICKTRACK="0" REL="nofollow noopener noreferrer"> Zona Blanca</A> Ceviche Bar. Chef Chad has perfected the flavors of coastal Mexican foods after sampling many variations of ceviche in Baja, Sinaloa and Veracruz among others. Each ceviche dish will be paired with craft beers and/or a tequila based cocktail.  Now that’s bringing some serious coastal food and drink flavors to Spokane and Chef Chad does so with wild creativity!
This private party is happening in Second Harvest’s <A TARGET="_blank" HREF="https://secondharvestkitchen.org/" DATA-MSYS-CLICKTRACK="0" REL="nofollow noopener noreferrer">new teaching kitchen</A>. It’s an opportunity for you to support our work in getting good, nutritious food to vulnerable people in our community and to help move them from hunger to health, to greater self-sufficiency. All while enjoying a culinary experience with a hometown Top Chef.
Suggested donation for the evening is $125 per person with an opportunity for additional generosity to support Second Harvest’s mission.
We are excited to spend time with our friends in The Kitchen, expanding our culinary knowledge and experiencing top notch cuisine.  And you’ll love supporting Second Harvest’s important hunger relief work. You are helping create healthier communities – one cooking presentation at a time. Does it get any better than that?
