NO!!!!  BIGGER and HEAVIER, IS EASIER!!! the smaller you get in a hula hoop the more difficult it will be.

How old do you have to be?

ANY AGE! I have kids as young as 4 sometimes, all the way up to some 65-75 year olds. It’s amazing, to see the variety of people do this hobby.

What should I wear?

Leggings, tank, tshirt - tighter clothes are encouraged. Flowy shirts or pants tend to twist in the hoop.remember:  ITS GOING TO GET HOT! Make sure you feel, GORGEOUS! Or at least try to feel like your best self. Confidence is a key role in flow arts. fake it ‘till you make it ?
