This is our first meeting, but we plan to meet bi-weekly with a clear objective: to strengthen our professional networks and support one another’s success. Each session begins with structured roundtable introductions, followed by an interactive Q&A focused on practical job search strategies, interview preparation, market insights, and other career-advancing topics.

The Q&A is collaborative and solution-oriented. Participants share best practices, offer tactical advice, and when appropriate, facilitate introductions or referrals. The emphasis is on mutual support and professional generosity.
