The Friends of the Edgewater Library supports the Edgewater Branch Library and the community it serves in Chicago. For the remainder of 2020, all of our scheduled programs and events are virtual via Zoom. You may register here or directly on the Friends' website. Please check our calendar for upcoming events. All events are free and open to the public. Since we are not able to hold our Annual Book Sale, please feel free to make a donation via our website if you enjoy our programming or just love libraries!

We're Celebrating National Friends of the Library Week!

<p>To celebrate National Friends of the Library Week, Friends of the Edgewater Library is hosting a social gathering. Bring your favorite beverage and snack and settle in for an hour of fun, laughter, and information. We&#x27;ll welcome new members, and encourage new, long-time, and prospective members to get involved through the many activities that support the library. We&#x27;re telling stories, playing trivia, and finding ways to get acquainted as individuals who share a love for books, reading, and libraries. Join us!</p>
