What better way to celebrate the weekend than with a festive brunch! Use this menu to create a small intimate weekend celebration or make it bigger to feed a mob. We’ll be making a savory potato tart (with greens, sausage or bacon), assorted individual frittatas in muffin tins, a chopped salad of mixed greens and seasonal vegetables, a minted fruit salad, and Merk’s Sour Cream Coffee Cake (this was a favorite that my mom used to make - we never knew who Merk was but s/he made a good cake)!
