San Joaquin County Obesity & Chronic Disease Prevention Taskforce

Let's dia-BEAT- This is a prediabetes symposium for clinical professionals. During this symposium clinical professionals  will  learn more about San Joaquin County's current prediabetes status and how it is being addressed, share best practices used to address patients who have prediabetes, and promote cross-sector collaboration for diabetes prevention interventions. 
FREE Continual Education Units ( 5)  and Lunch will be provided to those who attend. 
 
**In lieu of a conference fee, we kindly ask that you donate two children’s books. These books will be HPSJ’s Little Free Library. By building on the unique relationship between parents and medical providers, this program helps families and communities encourage early literacy skills so children enter school prepared for success! **
