</p><p><strong>Many women rule out a career in IT by default </strong>- often because they don't trust themselves enough. While in reality: female applicants often do even better in aptitude tests, bring a wider range of relevant skills, and are better suited for a successful IT career than many male competitors.

</p><p><strong>Tech needs women</strong>: digital product launches without women developers involved often fail, because the solutions created leave the needs of half the world’s population out of consideration.

</p><p>Let’s spend an evening together imagining a more diverse digital world - and let’s not stop at imagination. Our speakers are strong women working at tech companies and in tech positions, and smart men knowing that women should play a key role in IT. We’re bringing <strong>personal success stories, hard data and clear arguments</strong> supporting the fact that an inclusive IT is a better IT.
