Let's Bike HV celebrates both National Bike Month and Mental Health Awareness Month. After all, cycling is excellent exercise that can connect people to nature and helps reduce stress, anxiety and depression by lowering cortisol and producing more “feel good” endorphins. Plus: It’s fun!

This FREE Sister City partner bicycle ride from Newburgh to Beacon aims to introduce people of all ages to the many physical and mental benefits of cycling. (Plus – free swag and bike kit giveaways!)
