Mezzo-Contralto Laura Kate Marshall and pianist Gary Gress present an evening of music and poetry at Let Us Garlands Bring. Inspired by famed 19th-Century actress Charlotte Cushman, and legendary Contralto Kathleen Ferrier, this event will feature music by Handel, Strauss, Bonds, Sondheim, Finzi and other wonderful composers. Whether you're a fan of Shakespearean theatre or more contemporary works, there's something for everyone at this event. Don't miss out on this delightful evening!

Beloved Contralto Kathleen Ferrier in concert.

Dr. Albert Barnes, founder of the Barnes Foundation- Collector, humanitarian, entrepreneur, thinker, educator. I was fortunate to study the collection through the Barnes-De Mazia Certificate Program and saw its many parallels to music and the possiblilites of music programming with his principles as guide. This is the first.
