This transformative experience will be held at our Springfield Township wellness studio where we have created the perfect ambiance using dimly lit crystal sound bowls, zero-gravity chairs, and cozy weighted blankets to comfort you as you allow the healing power of sound therapy to wash your troubles away.

ABOUT THE ORGANIZER

W Waits Holistic Solutions (WWHS) was established by Sandra Waits, M.A.; HTP/A in 2017 with a mission to promote healing without knives, needles or pharmaceuticals. This holistic wellness company facilitates healing of the mind, body, and soul using ancient healing principles in concert with present day energy medicine techniques. Since 2010, Sandra has facilitated both group and individual healing sessions using the modalities of Healing Touch, color, music therapy, and, essential oils to clear balance and energize the human bio-field. Also in 2010, she enrolled in Union Institute and University to earn a Bachelor of Arts in Holistic Studies in 2012 and continued her studies to earn a Master of Arts in Health and Wellness in 2015. In early 2017, while preparing to launch WWHS, Sandra added Holistic Life Coaching and Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP) certifications to broaden her menu of services. In partnership with her daughter Tiffani, in 2018 Rapid Results Cryo (RRC) was established to offer body sculpting services in with a similar holistic mission of "no knives, no needles, no downtime, no kidding". Once RRC was up and running, in 2020 Sandra returned to her holistic studies and acquired certifications in Distant Healing (levels 1 and 2). During 2021 Sandra earned certifications to deliver healing sessions in Chakra Balancing with Crystals and Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT). Most recently, from 2022 to 2023 Sandra completed the certification requirements of Sound Healer levels 1 & 2 to conduct healing sessions with tuning forks and quartz crystal bowls. As of today’s date, Sandra has facilitated healing sessions for over 100 people.
