Pepper spray is one of the most useful tools available for self defense, and impact tools are under appreciated outside of law enforcement. Teaching about them, , as well as the mindset and tactics for their use, have been a passion of mine for nearly 20 years. This intensive 8 hour course will cover 20 years worth of OC/baton research including:<ul><li>Pepper spray as a defensive tool</li><li>Legalities of using/carrying pepper spray and impact tools</li><li>Tactics for pepper spray/impact tools </li><li>Pepper spray/impact tool history</li><li>Pepper spray chemistry </li><li>Pepper spray delivery systems</li><li>Grading pepper spray</li><li>Pepper spray decontamination</li><li>Best pepper spray/impact tools products for self defense</li><li>Impact tools usage for self defense</li><li>Combing OC and Impact tools</li><li>The modern violent criminal </li><li>Criminal trends and behaviors</li><li>Victim profiling and selection</li></ul>Once the course is successfully completed, the student-instructor will be certified to teach pepper spray and impact tools for self defense. The certification is recognized by state agencies including TN Private Protective Services. More importantly, it will give the student-instructor the foundation to be the best pepper spray, impact tool, and personal defense instructor he or she can be. Cost: $250Time: 8 hours
