WHAT'S INCLUDED: In addition to the life-changing retreat experiences and training, your lodging is included in your tuition along with 2 meals per day and experiences. All you need to do is get to Mauai and everything else will be taken care of... (you may want to bring some extra cash to buy some of the cool and unique local souvenirs that Hawaii has to offer, or do any additional activities not included.. )

WHAT TO BRING: Bring comfortable clothes for being active. Have clothes that would be comfortable enough for yoga, meditation, hiking, and enjoying training sessions.
