This TREC-mandated class is one of two 4-hour legal classes required for all license holders to renew an active license. Legal Update I covers various topics essential to the real estate practitioner, including updates to the TREC rules and forms, fair housing, property management, and more.
EHC CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICIES
Registration Cancellation: Registration cancellation must be made through the EHC Education Hub.
Refunds & No-Show Fees: For classes/events requiring a fee, a full refund, minus the processing fee, will be given to registrants provided they cancel no later than 24 hours prior to the start of the class. Registrants who do not cancel via EHC Education Hub will not receive a refund.
EHC Canceled Classes & Events: EHC reserves the right to cancel a class/event as necessary. Registrants will be notified of these cancellations and will be offered a full refund. The processing fee will not be incurred.
Transfer Fees: Registrations are not transferable.
