Led by veteran Texas real estate broker and Texas attorney Michael Hughes, this course is required to renew a Texas real estate license.

Frequently asked questions
The video feed will begin apx 30 minutes before the class starts. Please log in to the Zoom meeting as soon as possible to secure your seat! 15 minutes in advance of the class start time, remaining seats will be made available to eXp Realty agents on a first-come, first-served basis.
Late arrivals cannot receive credit for the course and will not receive a refund or future credit of the course fee. Please be prompt! Once excess seats are released 15 minutes before the class begins, the available spaces will fill quickly!
Please log in to the Eventbrite event page and cancel your registration as soon as possible. That will free up space so that others may attend. Please note that course fees are not refunded. Requests for credits for future courses must be received no later than 48 hours prior to the class.

Course fees are non-refundable. In appropriate cases the registration can be transferred to another class time or you may receive a credit to be used for a future course by Illumination Real Estate Academy. Credits are valid for one year.
We will electronically post your CE credits to TREC's website. TREC rules allow up to ten days for that, though we always strive to have the credits posted within one or two business days. We do not issue completion certificates for our courses.
