This workshop will dive into our attachment styles, communication styles, expectations and the power dynamics of communication via technology! We will break down societal norms, messaging and our own histories that influence how we experience the most common form of communication in this day and age.

Read reciepts, Instagram stories with a hidden message, ghosting, using punctuation, Slack messages after hours... and also, boundaried respectful communication. Are we all on the same wavelength?

How much does participation cost?

You pay the one time entrance fee to get set up with our admin team! We then take insurance for NY and California residents and also offer sliding scale prices.

What if I can't make a meeting?

While this group will be most beneficial if you attend all the meetings and each week will build off the other, we understand that everyone lives a busy life and may have to miss a week. we cna send a synopsis of a week missed or any activity if needed.
