This workshop is designed to help you succeed in both technical and behavioral interviews. You’ll learn how to approach LeetCode-style problems step by step, understand common patterns, and communicate your thinking clearly during technical interviews.

We’ll also cover how to answer behavioral questions effectively using simple frameworks, so you can talk about your experiences with clarity and impact—even if you don’t have much experience yet.

This session will be led by:

  • Salma Benlemlih, Computer Science CO-OP student (5th year) at Concordia University & Teaching Assistant
  • Camberly Hernandez Paredes, Developer Intern @ RBC, with a background from Neuroscience to Data

They will share their personal experiences navigating internships and interviews, along with practical advice you can apply right away.
