Event 2
Teams will have 10:00 to complete as many rounds as possible (AMRAP) of the following: 20 wall ball (total per team) shots over the 10 foot wall. After the wall balls are complete, team member A will sprint 200m on the designated course while team member B performs 10 American kettlebell swings followed by 5 hand release burpee box overs. Once both teammates finish their movements (run or kbs/hand release burpee box jump) and are both standing on their team’s designated mat, they will switch roles: team member B will sprint 200m while team member A performs 10 American kettlebell swings followed by 5 hand release burpee box overs. This completes one round. Teams will then return to the wall balls over the wall. *Please see rules and standards in the link below.*

EVENT #1
“0-60”
Teams will make their way through a ladder of pre-loaded barbells acquiring points based on their choice of lifts followed by a 250 meter sprint on rowers. Each team member will attempt the lift of their individual choices (Rx - Snatch, Clean and Jerk, Clean, or Deadlift; Scaled - Snatch, Clean and Jerk, Clean, or Deadlift). The single highest scoring lift for each team member at each station will be counted. Unlimited attempts at any lift listed below for each member are allowed within the minute. Standards and Rules
Snatches and Clean and Jerks must be completed from the ground. Lifters may NOT lift weight and then bounce the weight off the ground to begin their lift. Hang variations are NOT allowed. Continental cleans are NOT allowed. If one or both knees touch the ground, the lift will not be counted. “Press outs” in the snatch and jerk are allowed. Cleans with “bump jerks” are allowed. Split snatches and split cleans are allowed. If a lifter fails to jerk a weight but is able to catch it in the front rack, they are allowed to reattempt the jerk.
Scoring
The lifting and rowing will be scored as two separate events.
Lifting - Event 1.1
Only the highest scoring good lift for each team member will be recorded at each lifting station. Points will be totaled from all stations for a total score. The first tie breaker will be max weight snatched for the team (by either member). The second tie breaker will be max weight clean and jerked for the team (by either member).
Rowing - Event 1.2
The 250m times will be added together to determine the total team rowing time. If a team delays starting on time, the judge is to add the delayed time and a 15 second penalty for each violating team member to their rowing time. If an athlete lets go of the handle after the 250m causing the handle to slam into the front of the rower, a 15 second penalty will be added.
