LED is an award-winning arts organization that weaves signature contemporary choreography, original musical compositions, and elements of film into thought-provoking narratives and inspiring stories that are redefining the boundaries of performing arts. With a namesake that sparks groundbreaking innovations and breakthroughs, we pride ourselves on serving as a playground for artistic expression - a cultural and creative center, a dance company, a musical project, a film studio.Founded in 2015 and proudly based in Boise, Idaho, LED is shaped by the artistic vision of husband and wife co-founders, Lauren Edson and Andrew Stensaas. Lauren and Andrew are intimately involved in the creative production of each artistic work, building each piece from the ground up, and relying on a network of extremely talented artists, dancers, musicians, designers, and technicians to bring each creative experience to life.Recently named by Dance Magazine as “25 to Watch” for 2020 and described by the Seattle Times as “a feat of pyrotechnics and an important addition to the arts scene in the Northwest," LED's performances have wowed sold-out audiences all over the country and their unique approach to art making is helping put Boise on the map as a cultural hub.

LED Presents Red Hare(ing), a progressive dinner experience in collaboration with The Modern and Txikiteo, on August 27 & 28. Doors open at 7pm, festivities start at 7:30pm. Led by the cunning and charismatic Red Hare, your Master of Ceremonies for the evening, we jump down a rabbit hole for a journey of surprise and delight -- just be careful who you trust, or you might be misled. Inspired by literary and historical representations of the rabbit, this immersive evening begins with hand-crafted tapas and drinks at Txikiteo, hops over to The Modern for farm-to-table dining and live jazz, and culminates with dance, live music, and dessert at LED's new studio at 1420 W. Grove St. As always, these shows feature choreography from Lauren Edson, music by Andrew Stensaas, and an incredible cast of dancers and musicians. Don’t miss this opportunity to experience this one of a kind work for all of your senses! Only 50 seats per night. Ticket price includes food, drink, and performance. Public sale starts on Tuesday, July 16.
