Lecture: Physical activity and health
Date and time
Location
Ågrenska villan (Stenasalen)
Högåsplatsen 2 Göteborg SwedenDescription
The Welcome Services at the University of Gothenburg invites you to a seminar on physical activity and health, with mingle and blueberry/bilberry soup afterwards.
Anders, associate professor of physiotherapy / physical education, gives background knowledge to current recommendations for physical activity and examples on how to monitor and evaluate your physical activity. In a time when everyone's minds are on "Vasaloppet" (the annual world-famous 90km cross-country ski race between the Swedish towns "Sälen" and "Mora") he tries to answer the question: "How little physical activity is enough?"
