Part of the 22nd International Week of the Italian Language. This year’s theme is “The Italian Language and Young People”. With the help of the Dante Alighieri Giovani group, 4 young speakers have been invited to give a public reading of a canto of their choice from Dante’s Divine Comedy. Enjoy the magic of Dante’s poetry in the interpretation of four young Australians.Program:Paola Bombardieri – Inferno, canto IAnthony Vescio – Inferno, canto XIIILily Chalmers – Purgatorio, canto XXXIIISabina Feliciani – Paradiso canto XXXIIISunday 23 October 2022, 2.30-4pm.
