About this event

  • Event lasts 4 hours

Vendor Registration information is shown below. Please note that registration is not required to attend Pride. It is free and open to the public.

Pride Celebrations came to Lebanon in 2012 through a dedicated group of community volunteers. To keep the momentum moving, several local nonprofit and community organizations, including WellSpan Philhaven, Lebanon Family Health Services, LGBT Center of Greater Reading in Lebanon, and Area Agency on Agency banded together to hold an event on June 23, 2024 from 1-5 pm. The event will take place on South 8th Street between Cumberland and Chestnut Streets.

Vendors at Lebanon Pride 2024 agree to the following norms:

    • Content of activities, merchandise, giveaways, and signs must be appropriate for all ages and neighborhood friendly. We strive to make the Pride event and space welcoming, inclusive, joyful, fun, and educational. Participation in Pride Events requires that content and messages at your vending table, and shared by any staff or volunteers at your table must be LGBTQ+-affirming.
    • No hate speech will be tolerated.
    • No consumption of alcohol, open alcohol containers, weapons, firearms, illegal drugs, or violent speech or actions of any kind are permitted at the Pride 2024 event.
    • Organizers may request copies of nonprofit registration, business registration, or licensing information when appropriate, or to support a review of vendor registration.
    • Organizers reserve the right to decline vendor registrations. Fees paid by vendors who are declined may be refunded up to 3 days prior to the event.
    • Any participant, entertainer, or vendor who fails to comply with these community norms may be asked to leave the event by event organizers.

Please note: Lebanon Pride strives for inclusivity and accessibility. If a nonprofit needs to request a fee waiver, please contact info@sarccheals.org.

    Frequently asked questions

Is there a cost to attend Lebanon Pride 2024?

No. Pride is free to attend and open to the community. It is an all-ages event.

    Do attendees need to register?

No. Registration is not required for attendees. Vendor spaces are limited, and pre-registration is required for vendors.

Is there more to the signup process than simply reserving my spot?

Yes, we will be following up with all vendors who register through the Eventbrite and make the payment for the vendor spot to confirm the name of the business, request a logo and permission to post on social media, and confirm that the vendor is aware of and willing to comply with the restrictions.

    How is booth placement assigned?

We have an extremely limited number of vendor spaces, maxed out at 25.Staff from the Committee are working on assigning vendor spaces. Spaces will be approx. a parking space, numbered, and chalked that morning. A map of space assignments will go out the week prior.

What time should I start setting up my booth?

We have requested that the street be sectioned off from 11 AM to 7 PM, allowing two hours before the Pride event begins at 1 PM and two hours after it ends at 5 PM for vendors to set up and teardown.

How close am I permitted to bring my vehicle during the setup process?

There is one alleyway that accesses eighth Street between Chestnut and Cumberland. We do not intend to block off this alleyway until about a half hour before the event begins. You would be able to bring a car up to the corner of the alleyway and eighth Street.

Are vendors responsible for providing canopies, tents, or tables?

Yes, organizers are not providing any canopies, tables, tents, or chairs for vendors. Only the spots.

Is outside food and water permitted?

Yes, you may bring outside food and water to the event. We are also hoping to have vendors and local restaurants on that street open to provide food for participants to purchase. Please note that alcohol and open containers are NOT permitted at the event in accordance with permit requirements.

How close am I permitted to bring my vehicle during the teardown process?

We will open the alleyway that is at the midpoint between Chestnut and Cumberland Street intersecting with 8th Street at the close of the event (approximately 5 pm). Vendors would be able to bring your vehicle through that alleyway up to the corner of eighth and alley.
