Vendor Registration information is shown below. Please note that registration is not required to attend Pride. It is free and open to the public.
Pride Celebrations came to Lebanon in 2012 through a dedicated group of community volunteers. To keep the momentum moving, several local nonprofit and community organizations, including WellSpan Philhaven, Lebanon Family Health Services, LGBT Center of Greater Reading in Lebanon, and Area Agency on Agency banded together to hold an event on June 23, 2024 from 1-5 pm. The event will take place on South 8th Street between Cumberland and Chestnut Streets.
Vendors at Lebanon Pride 2024 agree to the following norms:
- Content of activities, merchandise, giveaways, and signs must be appropriate for all ages and neighborhood friendly. We strive to make the Pride event and space welcoming, inclusive, joyful, fun, and educational. Participation in Pride Events requires that content and messages at your vending table, and shared by any staff or volunteers at your table must be LGBTQ+-affirming.
- No hate speech will be tolerated.
- No consumption of alcohol, open alcohol containers, weapons, firearms, illegal drugs, or violent speech or actions of any kind are permitted at the Pride 2024 event.
- Organizers may request copies of nonprofit registration, business registration, or licensing information when appropriate, or to support a review of vendor registration.
- Organizers reserve the right to decline vendor registrations. Fees paid by vendors who are declined may be refunded up to 3 days prior to the event.
- Any participant, entertainer, or vendor who fails to comply with these community norms may be asked to leave the event by event organizers.
Please note: Lebanon Pride strives for inclusivity and accessibility. If a nonprofit needs to request a fee waiver, please contact info@sarccheals.org.
