If you plan to enter a commercial lease agreement, are in one, or you'd like to buy commercial real estate, this FREE class is for you! Join us and our subject-matter expert speaker, Andi Costello, for breakfast at PCC OMIC Scappoose (or via Zoom) to learn more about lease lingo, basic lease structures, property types, financing, and common pitfalls (+ how to avoid them). There will also be some Q&A time at the end and food will be provided for in-person attendees.
