Learning Through Testing
Event Information
About this Event
Tests are often used in courses to give students an opportunity to demonstrate their learning and to assign them a grade for their level of achievement. Beyond these benefits, however, evidence shows that the act of taking a test can also support learning. In this workshop, you will learn testing strategies that can be incorporated into your course with the specific goal of strengthening student learning.
For Future Faculty Program participants, this session fulfills the "Assessment & Active Learning" requirement.
This session is only open to Northeastern University educators. Please use your Northeastern email when registering.
