This fun, hands-on class is perfect for curious young bakers who love to learn and create! We’ll start by exploring the journey of wheat - from soil to stalk to flour - discovering how weather and nature shape the grains we use every day. Kids will get to see, touch, and mix different types of flour, understanding how each one plays a role in baking.

Then, it's time to get creative! We’ll mix up a batch of delicious focaccia dough before decorating it with an array of herbs, spices, and colorful toppings. Each child will craft their own unique design before taking home their beautifully flavored bread, ready to bake and share.
