Participants will learn the fundamentals of agricultural land ownership, including common property considerations, basic agricultural practices, and equipment commonly used on small acreage operations.

This session will provide practical, research-based information to help landowners make informed decisions about their property while avoiding common mistakes often made by first-time rural landowners. Topics will include understanding your land, setting realistic goals for your property, basic equipment needs, and agricultural opportunities available in Northeast Texas.
