About this event

The Foundry Advisory presents:

Matt Shoup & The Language of Leadership

At its core, a company is of a group of humans serving other humans by uniting to accomplish a common vision, purpose and goal. As a business owner and leader, your goal is to serve, lead and inspire your team to become as effective as possible by leveraging their unique talents and abilities. Seems easy, right? Humans are diverse and interesting individuals, each possessing their own unique observable and non-observable behavior, communication and leadership styles. I refer to this as your Leadership Language.

The fundamental human problem that occurs in business and leadership is that we think we understand the Leadership Language of others, when in reality, we don’t. When this problem occurs, we miss opportunities to connect with our team members, clients, and all those we serve.

Matt Shoup' s Leadership Language workshop will give you and your team the tools to quickly, easily and effectively recognize each other’s Leadership Language, leading to big wins and advancements for your company.

What You Receive:

  • The ability to quickly recognize the Leadership Language of others.
  • An in-depth, extremely accurate and thought provoking insight into your own personal strengths, wiring and Leadership Language.
  • Tools for how to adapt to other's Leadership Language.
  • How to instantly recognize somebody's Leadership Language from a handshake, email, or quick conversation.
  • The capability to translate these concepts into your relationships, marriage, parenting and overall communication with any other person in your life.
  • A detailed 50 page report which provides insights and feedback personally crafted for each participant.
  • How to connect deeper with others through a newfound common language and framework of human interaction.

How the process works:

Step one: Workshop attendees spend 10-15 minutes taking an online survey prior to the event. Results are immediately emailed to the attendee taking the survey.

Step two: Attend our workshop at Colorado Coffee. The first 60 minutes Matt will spend explaining the information, data and results contained in the surveys and what they mean. The rest of the time is spent in detailed discussion with individual attendees, while in the group setting, helping them understand their personal Leadership Language.
