Absolutely! Wine is a fermented beverage, and it would be very appropriate! Both wine and cider are available in the Tasting Room.

Can we do a wine tasting during the workshop?

Accepted Answer

A guided wine tasting during the workshop would disrupt the teacher's instruction. You are welcome to stay for a full tasting after the event. Take advantage of the 20% discount to workshop guests.

Is food available for purchase?

Accepted Answer

Yes, we have cheese and charcuterie boards, plus local sourdough bread (also a fermented food!) and olive oil. These are available in the Tasting Room.
