Learn charisma!
People say someone is charismatic.
Or confident.
Or “good with people.”
What does that actually mean?
The answer affects our friendships, love life, opportunities, communities, and sense of belonging.
That’s what we’ll be exploring together.
Learn the art and science of communication:
• Why some people connect more easily than others
• The hidden dynamics behind trust, attraction, and influence
• How to manage social tension and body language
• How to never feel like you’ve run out of things to say
• How to create deeper, more meaningful conversations
This ain’t just a lecture!
You’ll have the opportunity to participate in exercises, meet interesting people, and practice these skills in a welcoming environment.
Whether you’re looking to create deeper friendships, meet someone special, inspire trust and confidence in others, build a stronger community around yourself, or simply feel more comfortable in social situations, you’ll leave with practical tools you can begin using immediately.
Meet Craig Gibbons
For the past 15 years, Craig has been obsessed with a simple question:
What makes someone good with people?
Part of that curiosity came from necessity.
Growing up, Craig was shy, socially anxious, introverted, and uncomfortable around strangers. Starting conversations felt difficult. Meeting new people felt intimidating. Many of the social situations that now feel natural simply weren’t.
Born and raised on the Central Coast, Craig spent years living, working, and building community in a variety of environments—from small towns to major cities. Along the way, he repeatedly found himself starting over, making new friends, navigating unfamiliar social circles, and learning how to connect with people from all walks of life.
Over the years, he has studied human behavior, communication, attraction, leadership, and group dynamics; coached thousands of people; led teams; built communities; and taught workshops focused on communication, confidence, leadership, and human connection.
Today, Craig works as a coach, educator, and workshop facilitator, helping people develop the social and communication skills that shape friendships, relationships, leadership, and community.
Now he’s back on the Central Coast, bringing those lessons home.
Workshop begins promptly at 6:30 PM.
Seating is limited; standing room available.
Arrive early, grab a seat, and meet some of the other attendees before we begin.
