Our mission: Supporting makers with the space, equipment, education, and community to create a spark in their creativity.Members contribute monthly dues to share Spark's Woodshop, Electronics and Technology Lab, Printshop, Fiber Arts Studio, and Stained Glass Studio

Learn Python (a programming language) at Spark Makerspace

Python is an easy to learn programming language that&#x27;s widely used for everything from embedded electronics to web servers to machine learning and artificial intelligence. This class will teach you Python 3 with several small hands-on projects increasing in difficulty and complexity. The class will teach you basic data-types, the Python terminal, conditionals and loops, libraries, functions, and classes. Students may bring a laptop if they have one. Otherwise, we have computers available.We ask students be 15+Saturday January 15th, 10am- 1pm at Spark Makerspace 7 Union Street, New London, CT
