Join us for an immersive beekeeping workshop designed to equip you with the skills needed to successfully split a beehive. This hands-on class will guide you through the process of dividing an established hive into two, effectively preventing natural swarming and promoting hive health.

In the classroom session, you will learn about essential beehive equipment, the techniques involved in splitting a hive, and the process of introducing a new queen. Our experienced instructors will provide comprehensive instruction and answer any questions you may have.

Following a short break, we will venture into the apiary for a firsthand experience with live beehives. Please note that the apiary visit may be subject to rescheduling based on weather conditions for the safety of all participants.

As part of the workshop, students will have the opportunity to purchase live queens and necessary equipment on the day of the class for an additional cost. This allows you to immediately apply what you've learned and start or expand your own beekeeping journey.

Whether you're a novice beekeeper or looking to enhance your skills, this workshop offers valuable knowledge and practical experience to help you thrive in beekeeping.
