About this event

Colette Ball from No1 First Aid Instructors is passionate about teaching simple life support skills to everyone and believes it should be up there with learning to swim or ride a bike, it's certainly easier!

Only 1 in 10 people survive a cardiac arrest out-of-hospital because we are not good at bystander CPR. A little bit of CPR training goes a long way - it gives you the confidence to act quickly and effectively in an emergency and not worry about causing harm. The chance of survival can be increased 3 fold by the immediate provision of bystander CPR Knowing these simple steps stops panic and saves lives.
