Are you in or nearing retirement and looking for something fun and educational to do? Why not join us at The Renaissance Society on the Sacramento State campus? There are over 50 classes to choose from and we invite you to take the class "Active Retirement Investing". Whether you want to learn how to do your own investing, check on your current advisor, or learn the important things you need to consider when looking for an advisor to help you - this class is for you! Come learn about ETFs, Mutual Fund, Stocks, Bonds and more! We have a dual teaching style and our instructors have a combined over 50 years of experience! Our Class is held on Fridays from 1pm-2:30pm in Douglass 106 on the Sacramento State Campus. This and any class The Renaissance Society offers is a great way to build and find community, have the fun times of coming back to campus, and other events! Come join the fun! No - it is just 1 class (choose any of the renaissance classes), after that you will need to pay the $100 fee to The Renaissance Society directly for a full year, or pay the $60 fee to attend any/all classes for the spring. Contact Renaissance to sign up for the society and pay the fee.
YES! Bring ANYONE you want and invite ANYONE you want! They don't even have to be in retirement! Anyone you bring can also attend 1 FREE class and if they attend then active retirement investing class they can also have a free book!
After you get your free ticket parking information will be sent to you. Parking is $8 a day and if you plan to say for the whole semester it is only $40/semester. Follow the directions in the email. :)
