Come as you are. If you have an idea, bring it. If all you know is where you are and where you'd like to be instead, bring that. We will hone in on what your heart is seeking and come up with a ritual together.

Is this based on some religion?

Rituals are not religious. They are transformative acts that change your sense of self. While they were very much done predominantly in religious contexts way back in the day, today you'll be surprised how often you do them. You just don't see them as such.
