Join us for this hands-on workshop where we will focus on learning about and creating low-fidelity prototypes. We will set aside the computer and work collaboratively with our hands to understand the underlying principles of prototyping and why it’s so important to the process of creating great products. We will discover how prototyping allows us to iterate quickly in order to demonstrate our ideas and to make progress toward a successful product quickly. Low-fidelity prototyping is a core step in a healthy product design and development process. In this workshop we will use a real life example of how to (1) discover real human needs, (2) generate ideas for tackling a challenge, and (3) quickly build and test your most promising ideas. We welcome anyone who wants to learn how to create solutions that use a human centered design approach for creating products and services. There are no prerequisites for this workshop. Beginners through Experts are encouraged to join us!
