Every Monday at 7pm, come join me for the Leaps & Bounds: Dance Basic class, where you'll learn, practice, and progress in your dance journey. This class is a perfect way to get into dance of all dance styles, as you'll build a strong foundation in movement, proper posture, strength, flexibility, coordination, balance, and confidence.
