The need to improve our processes increases every day.  Without a clear vison this can be a daunting task.  When investigating a problem or opportunity, process walks help by clearly identifying real facts that make our next improvement steps obvious and clear.  Join us in a brief, interactive, and hands-on class where you will learn the tools and best practices for getting out and performing a process walk.
 
Objectives:
•       Define a process walk and recognize opportunities to perform a process walk
•       Use process walk tools and differentiate between participant roles
•       Develop a process map based on observations

Prerequisite: Participation in Introduction to Lean (Lean 101) or Lean Basics. This course may be even more beneficial when supervisors and teams attend together.
