8:00 AM – 8:30 AM Welcome, introductions, overview of Lean Principles, and the five Lean principles.

8:30 AM – 9:30 AM 5S System TrainingLearn workplace organization techniques that reduce waste and improve efficiency. Includes real-world before/after examples and interactive activity.

9:45 AM – 10:30 AM Value Stream Mapping (VSM)Understand how to identify value-adding versus non-value-adding activities in processes. Participants will practice creating current, future, and ideal state maps.

10:30 AM – 12:00 PM Plant Layouts and Flow EfficiencyExplore how physical layouts influence productivity. Participants will use spaghetti diagrams to optimize layout scenarios.

1:00 PM – 2:00 PM Standard WorkLearn how consistency improves performance by reducing variation. Includes hands-on “Standard Pig” activity to reinforce concepts.

2:00 PM – 3:00 PM Kaizen and Continuous ImprovementUnderstand the structure of a Kaizen event and how to cultivate a culture where everyone contributes to improvement. Includes team breakout exercise.

3:15 PM – 3:45 PM Summary, Q&A, and a knowledge quiz to reinforce key takeaways.
