Testimonials

The biggest takeaway from this course was how easy it is to apply the learnings into our organization by taking the message we learned here and implementing them at the supervisor and operator levels. We have had a lot of this stuff explained to us before, but we allowed it to go in one ear and out the other. This stuff has real meaning, and we can actually take this back and implement.
Mr S K. – Owner/Director – Service Management

I really loved the discussion around leadership and the respect for people. It is the responsibility of leaders to educate and nurture workers while being patient and consistent. That was really emphasized in this training. We saw how it can be practically applied to our business. Keeping things simple and making things visible so everyone can know where we are and what we are up to. I’ve got to go back to the drawing board and make things visible and engage my people in that process.
Mr P C - Managing Director – Manufacturing

I’ve been to two other similar conferences and neither have done it like this – a big difference in the way its presented – how the trainer got the message across – very simplistic. The biggest takeaway for me is to keep it simple. We sometimes have the tendency to overcomplicate things and that shows on the floor. The points covered were all valuable but the single biggest thing that I got out it was the accountability of time. The way the trainers deliver their message is different from what I am used to but it was great to experience. Even though there is a language difference Hyodo Sensei’s emotion and expressions are quite unique in getting the message across.
Mr. M M – Franchise Director – Window and Door Systems
