Lean 101 Workshop - Yankton

A hands-on, one-day workshop designed to help manufacturers identify waste, improve consistency, and increase operational capacity.

Manufacturers today are under increasing pressure to improve efficiency, reduce waste, and do more with limited resources. Lean principles provide a proven framework for identifying inefficiencies and creating more consistent, value-driven processes. This workshop is designed to give participants a practical, working understanding of Lean they can apply immediately in their operations.
