Event Title: Leading through Change

Description: This workshop will help participants review the core elements of positive leadership and how they personally show up as leaders, collaborators, and colleagues in workforce development settings. The group will complete a change readiness self-assessment and reflect on their strengths and areas for growth related to change. Participants will discuss the elements of strong change management and how to both alleviate staff stress and move the team’s work forward.
Upon completion of this training, participants will be able to:
- Explore strategies for leading through change
- Establish at least two new practices/mindsets related to change management
- Reflect on one’s own style when navigating change
